This site is run by Jennie Moser Design LLC, a creative studio in Salt Lake City, Utah (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit jenniemoserdesign.com or send us an inquiry, and what we do with it.
When you fill out the Start a project or Work with our artists forms, we collect what you choose to tell us: your name, email, phone number, organization, website or social handle, the services you’re interested in, timing, budget, and your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We also measure visits to this site, such as which pages are viewed and how people found us, through NIXIE, our client platform. We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
We use your information to reply to you, understand your project, prepare proposals, and keep records of our conversations and work together. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Form submissions go to NIXIE, the client platform we use to manage inquiries and projects. The site is hosted by Vercel. These providers handle your information only to provide their services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, or with professional advisers such as our accountant or attorney.
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as we need it to respond to you, work with you, and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Send a request through Start a project and we’ll take care of it.
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.

Start a projectGretchen has been with us for over eight years. In 2026 we gave her a full rebrand and a brand-new website.
A new brand and a new website that feel like Gretchen, and that she can keep up to date herself.
We built the brand from a set of poster studies, with a big glowing g, a two-tone line running through it, and mono type. Her photos go from black and white to color as you scroll. The new site has her bio, calendar, media, and press, plus a custom editor, so updates go live in about a minute.

A website on the level of the stages she’s singing on.
We rebuilt her site from the sitemap up, refreshing her brand identity and implementing new SEO and a custom editor with artist tracking built in. Then we took on her social, newsletter, and PR support too.

Start a projectStratagem is a boutique artist management firm, founded by Justin Werner in 2018. Its roster of singers, conductors, composers, and directors works with opera companies and orchestras across North America and Europe, and they needed a site that could keep up with a growing roster.
Put their artists’ media up front, and make artist pages easier to maintain.
Every artist page runs off one database, so updates take a few minutes. We refreshed the brand while we were at it, with a new neon yellow, more ways to use their existing logo, and updated type.

Start a projectStagetime is the platform for the live performing arts, built for singers and the opera companies that hire them. We built the whole thing, then grew it to 20,000 artists.
One place for artists and companies: applications, adjudication, and tools singers actually use.
We designed and built the platform, then grew it with email and social. Open rates usually land in the mid to high 40s, click-through runs near 2.9% and often higher, and users come back every month.
A comprehensive database of performing artists, trusted by organizations including The Atlanta Opera, Virginia Opera, Central City Opera, and Wolf Trap Opera.

Opera Theatre of Saint Louis brought us in to run its social media across two festival seasons.
Social media for every channel, from strategy to posting.
For 18 months we ran all of OTSL’s social, from the strategy to shooting the content to posting on every channel. We also supported many of their campaigns with social content designed to drive ticket sales.

Show up consistently, without it taking over your life.
We figure out what you want to be known for, build a calendar around your big moments (a debut, an album, a new season, an opening), and then make and post the content, so it doesn’t all land on you.
For Opera Theatre of Saint Louis, we grew Instagram from about 9,000 to nearly 14,000 followers over two festival seasons.

Months of posts mapped to your season, launches and milestones.
We plan and create the content: shoots, reels, short videos, and edits.
We cover your big nights and events as they happen, on site or remotely.
Day-to-day posting, community, and a monthly check-in on what’s working.
Brand collaborations that fit you, and newsletters that keep your people close.
Look like yourself, everywhere.
We design the logos, type, color and templates that make you recognizable, from your website to your feed.
Get your news in front of the right people.
We’re excited to now offer PR. We put together your press materials and pitch, get you in front of editors, writers and podcasts, and get you ready for the interview with media training.
Your website lives in one place, your social in another, your press clippings in a folder somewhere, and nobody is keeping track of the whole picture. When you work with us, you get NIXIE, so all of it lives in one spot.

A brand looking to partner with our artists? Work with our artists →
We connect brands with artists we already work with, for sponsored posts, collaborations, and ambassador programs. All of it online.
How it works
Tell us who you want to reach, and we’ll suggest an artist whose audience fits.
Sponsored posts and reels, brand collaborations, or a longer ambassador program.
We shape the brief, make or support the content, and keep everyone in the loop, the artist’s management included. Or hand us the whole campaign, from strategy to the final report.
Based in Salt Lake City. Partnering with brands across the Mountain West, Los Angeles, the Midwest, and anywhere online.
We focus on digital work only. Performances and live engagements are booked through each artist’s management.
